Cancellation Policy

🌈 Kids Klub Participation Policy To ensure a positive and well-organized experience for all families, please review the following policies before registering. 🎟️ Registration & Tickets Each child must have their own ticket to participate. Registration is required in advance, and space is limited. 👧🧒 Minimum Enrollment Requirement A minimum of four (4) children is required for a class to run. If fewer than four children are registered, the class will be canceled. In the event of a cancellation due to low enrollment, families may choose to: Transfer their child to another available session, or Receive a full refund. Families will be notified as soon as possible if a class does not meet the minimum. ❌ Missed Classes & Refunds If your child is unable to attend a scheduled class, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Please ensure availability before registering.
